There are 3 Unifi, Mikrotik router.
For some users, when switching from wifi to a cord, the Internet disappears, overload helps.
People who are sitting on wifi when moving around the office, the Internet disappears, either restarting the computer or switching from wifi to manual helps (i.e. disconnect and reconnect) and this is only on Winfows, on Mac and android everything is fine.
I think the problem is DHcP, it's in Mikrotik.
What could be the problem? Tell me what to do

You need to look at the output of ipconfig, route, or connection information before and after the appearance of the problem, compare, and it will become clear what the problem is.
