How to find out which update does not allow you to start windows 7?

Installed windows 7 64 sp1. Installed the drivers on the motherboard from the official site. Launched the search and installation of updates. Found 150 updates. After installing the updates, the reboot begins. Updates are being applied 1 stage out of 3. At 15%, the computer reboots, at the boot stage, Windows (logo) reboots again and a message appears stating that Windows cannot be loaded due to recently installed hardware or programs. 2 options: recovery or normal boot. Restore rolls back all 150 installed updates. So I tried three times including the offline rollup option. How to find out which update is not getting up correctly?
