How to find out which of the tabs in firefox eats the most CPU? And in general, who is to blame and what to do?

Got firefox consuming 100% cpu. There is a suspicion that this is JavaScript from one of the open sites, I want to know which one. And in general, if the page is in an inactive/background tab, why does it need to run some scripts? Why can't it be done that if the tab is inactive, then all scripts stop - period. And you can whitelist exclusions for gmail, etc.

Please think a little before asking a question. Doesn't it seem logical to you that you can find out the answer to this question by the method of exceptions?
As for suspicions about js - you turn off the scripts and look.
As for the rest - completely turn off the pictures, js and close the tabs. Better buy a stronger car, I have ff on a mediocre laptop and a hundred tabs can easily pull.

I know that in FF you can look at what consumes memory, but nothing about the processor
about: memory
