How to find out the server uptime for a certain period?

There is a home server on Ubuntu Server that does not work around the clock. Is there a way to find out the time of its work, for example in a month, based on the logs or in some other way?

In my opinion, the easiest way is to use the uptimed utility. Present at least in debian.

According to the logs, the list of downloads (with the beginning and end of work):
journalctl --list-boots
