How to find out the maximum RAM usage over a period of time on Windows (Server 2008)?

How to track how much the system (preferably by programs / processes) consumed at the peak, for example, per week? It is desirable and RAM, and the processor, and access to the disk (queue).
What is the point - there is a server on which to spin 1C which is accessed by a maximum of 2 people.
I would like to know if it is possible to deliver something else there (for example, raise a virtual machine), while it is desirable that this add-on does not interfere with loading.
Therefore, the question is, is there any logging in the standard Task Manager, and if not, is there any third-party software?

Just in case, I answer myself, maybe it will help someone, dig here:
Windows logging is a very powerful thing, you can configure everything. Logging time, restart after reboot, logging parameters, what to log.
