How to find out the IP of the attacker behind the proxy server/s?

Is it possible to get a person behind seven proxies with the involvement of Interpol and ISP?

Who knows how the state may operate. structures? - I read for wiretapping they have traffic sniffers, but what about wiretapping data? Terribly interesting

First, as mentioned above, a chain of proxy servers.
Secondly, you should not do this from home. From the cafe too - if they unravel, it will be easy to find you on the recordings from the cameras. It’s best to drive a car with a laptop to some high-rise building, find an unpassworded wi-fi (or hack WEP / WPA), change your MAC, start a virtual machine (you can’t go anywhere from home through a virtual machine) - so that they don’t calculate by “browser fingerprint” and go ahead, do dark deeds.
Again, make sure there are no cameras. Ideally, look for an access point on the other side of the city.

You can use the keeep.us service . Based on CAPTCHA and a client application in Flash (there is also a Java version) to display a picture if the user's real IP is defined, otherwise the test will not pass. And client applications simply send packets to the server past all the proxy servers used in the system. The only chance to bypass all this is a proxifier, like WideCap, but something and he did not cope after several of my tests. Apparently, proxying UDP traffic is not as easy as it seems.

IMHO, structures can almost always put pressure on the owner of the proxy and unwind the thread.

I think you can find it, each provider has a little thing like SORM, with anonymous proxies still in the cascade, it’s even more difficult. but it is rightly said, it will be noted for the second time than, or they will collect a portrait of the company according to other signs :))
