How to set up proxying to a remote server in mikrotik?

situation:
there is mikrotik and a network sitting behind it (in which there is a lot of everything including mobile devices)
there is a server somewhere on the Internet (with Ubuntu 14.04) and squid - S it is
necessary that all web traffic from the network go through this S (no you don’t need to do mitm, look inside https at all - don’t, let the client forward the session through https connect)
I specify S as http proxy and https proxy on my local OS X inside this network - the browser goes normally through proxy, including
setting up https proxy on mikrotik and specify S as parent - http - goes. https - no (these https proxies do not appear in the squid logs at all)
the next step was to enable transparent proxy on mikrotik, but given the non-working of https...
I 'm trying to directly make a transparent proxy with a remote server S with a command like
/ip firewall nat add in-interface=bridge-local dst-port=80,443 action=redirect to-ports=3128 to-address=xx.yyy.221.240 chain=dstnat protocol= tcp
and nothing works
how to do it right and is it possible?
raise VPN ... do not want to
