How to find out the ip of a WiFi network without connecting to it?

I have a kali linux machine. She sees a WiFi network, but there is no access to it. How to find out the ip of this network using kali linux? I mean what external ip address would I get if I connected to this network. In advance, before connecting, is there a way to find out?

no way. If you do not connect to the network, do not shake hands, and do not log in, you will not receive a response from the DHCP server.
How do you even imagine it?
2.4 GHz is the first layer of the OSI model, and so on. To get to the 3rd OSI level, you need to go through authorization, registration, etc.

Kali is a normal debian with unnecessary crap pre-installed. Put a couple of utilities like wifite on a regular netinst debian, and airocrack-ng - the same thing will happen.
The maximum that you will achieve is to catch the MAC addresses in the wi-fi adapter monitoring mode.

Perhaps it’s not worth reading further ... "I'm a cool hacker, right now I'll show you all here!"
On topic, no way.

Well, generally speaking, in order to find out from which subnet you would have received the address, you need to pick up the wpa key, and then, having intercepted the packets of legal stations, decrypt them. How? Google and it will be given to you.

Find out who owns this fivi network.
Find out his name and address.
You go to the provider and ask what IP this person has now been issued.
All.
