How to find out the direction of the road in osm maps?

How to find out the direction of the road in osm maps?

<way id="238526501" visible="true" version="6" changeset="50982648" timestamp="2017-08-09T19:56:01Z" user="Maturi0n" uid="2052948">
  <nd ref="1159737673"/>
  <nd ref="5025056032"/>
  <nd ref="2463512469"/>
  <nd ref="2463512470"/>
  <nd ref="2463512471"/>
  <tag k="highway" v="residential"/>
  <tag k="name" v="улица Горького"/>
  <tag k="name:de" v="uliza Gorkogo"/>
  <tag k="name:en" v="Gorkogo Street"/>
  <tag k="name:md" v="Страда Горкий"/>
  <tag k="name:ro" v="Strada Gorki"/>
  <tag k="name:ru" v="улица Горького"/>
  <tag k="name:uk" v="вулиця Горького"/>
 </way>

I hardly figured out that these are connected points, okay, the length in coordinates (latitude and longitude) can be calculated, but where is the direction of the road indicated here? Or is it in another tag? Or is it not mentioned at all?

If the road is not one-way, then it has no logical direction. If with one-way, then it will have a tag oneway=yes, and the allowed direction will be the same as the line in the order of the points.
