This is Bitrix. Not "what table", but "what tables and how to find the right one in them."
Start with b_form_answer and b_form_result_answer.
And yes, if you know the fear of bitrix, do not climb into the tables directly - yes, you will not be thrown by technical support when the fakap arrives.
