Why does a 502 error occur when editing a mail event?

Actually, the whole problem. Can't edit mail events, gives 502 error.

Version 17.06 business edition.
And once I got the error
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /home/site.ru/docs/bitrix/components/bitrix/lists.export.excel/lang/ru/.description.php on line 10

And more we have a multi-site, only two sites.

Faced a similar problem, only within the component. Tried the following methods:

1. Check dbconn.php file for set_time_limit parameter
   
2. Check php.ini for a similar setting - max_execution_time (remember, what is specified in dbconn.php takes precedence over what is written in php.ini
   
3. The value of memory_limit can also affect this case.
   

But this is just an attempt to find a workaround. Try setting up profiling and see what the problem might be. For example, I had a very annoying problem when the complex "catalog" component hung in multisite mode, and this happened for reasons unknown (still) to me, no matter how strange it may sound.
