How to find out if there were dev versions of the project on the server?

There is a site on WP, which lies on the server.
You need to figure out if there was a CI CD , Git or some other tools for updating the production and whether there was a dev version. At least not on the server.
Where to look? didn't find anything in bash history

You can see the package manager log which packages were installed / removed. For debian this is /var/log/dpkg.log
