How to find out from which IP the user logged in (IIS + 1C)?

There is a published 1C database on the IIS server.
In the registration log, I can only see the session number and the user under which they logged in. Everything is ok there.
Now I want to see what IP they came from, and it's not clear where to look.

In base 1C - nowhere.
Since it is not the user who goes there, but IIS from its host.
Who connected from which IP can only be seen in the IIS logs.
