Are there any tools to debug the server?

There is a site on the IIS server that should be accessible via https.
The certificate is used which was created through crypto pro. On the server locally, everything opens normally, when I connect to it remotely, I write its hostname in the address, the browser gives me the following:
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
As I understand it, this is a certificate error, but is there any software that will show me what's wrong?
Or how in general it is possible to solve this problem, where to dig?

For such a certificate to work, the cryptopro provider must be installed on the client, the CA root certificate must be installed in the root store.

The main errors that occur when checking a certificate are that the expiration date of the certificate has expired and the CN fields in the certificate and the browser URL do not match.

Even I think, if this is a cryptopro, then these are GOST encryption algorithms, and the browser simply does not support, because such an error can only be because of this
