How to find incorrectly configured mail in 1s 8.3?

Errors are thrown into the log every 6 minutes.
User "<Undefined>".
Application: "Background job"
Error text:

An error occurred while connecting to the [email protected] account An error
occurred while connecting to the server while working with IMAP. Error code: 6
{GeneralModule.E-mail Management.Module(140)}: Connection.Connect(Profile, Connection Protocol);
{(1)}:ManageEmail.ReceivingAndSendingEmails()
{GeneralModule.GeneralPurpose.Module(4797)}: Execute MethodName + "(" + String Parameters + ")";
{GeneralModule.JobQueueService.Module(1079)}: General Purpose.ExecuteConfigurationMethod(MethodName, Parameters);
{GeneralModule.JobQueueService.Module(1650)}: ExecuteConfigurationMethod(MethodName);
{GeneralModule.JobQueueService.Module(548)}: ExecuteQueueJob(Fetch.Identifier, ExecutingBackgroundTask, Fetch.Template, Fetch.MethodName);
due to:
An error occurred connecting to the server while working with IMAP. Error code: 6

At the same time, in the Organizer (when logged in with administrative rights), in mail accounts, there is only one setting (created by me) that works and which is for a completely different mailbox, and not [email protected]
That is, as I see it, one of the users tried to set up their mail, but did not fill in its settings correctly.
Where can you find this setting? In 1s, somewhere else is it possible to set the settings?

I would... look for what kind
of task, as a result, I found out what kind of user should run it and why it is not specified.
Maybe just go through the routine tasks and look there

I would try to check if the message was sent correctly. Is the address correct, is there any non-transferable garbage. What account is the message coming from? etc

Didn't find what you were looking for?
