How to find faulty drivers?

Hello. It so happened that some drivers to hell drop the system to me and throw out a blue screen. Tell me, what programs are there to find faulty drivers?

After I turned off the driver check via the command line and turned on the test mode, everything works without blue screens. At least for now ..
I googled then, but I decided to learn the methods already proven by experience.

First, remove all left drivers. Then download the normal drivers from offsite and install.
If you don't want to rearrange everything, look at the logs, for example, trace the download. to find out on which driver the system crashes.

Not the fact that the matter is in the drivers. Faulty hardware when updating a driver (which expands functions) can also behave this way.
