How to find assistants or like-minded people for a project?

Hello, I faced this problem a long time ago (1 year ago) and still can't solve it. I will not tell you a lot about myself and why I encountered this problem for a better understanding.
I am already 18 years old, I live in Ukraine, Donetsk region. I have been working on my small project on the Internet for 2 years now. It all started with an attempt to make your site, promote it to the first place for many requests, work with graphics, go a little into psychology to understand the usability of the product (it took most of the time, I really liked it), learn how to make programs, work with the server, study a little database and Web programming, and also learned how to promote products on the Internet or information, and ended up with a project that helps users, namely automates actions on different sites that the user needs. I do not consider myself a programmer, much less a developer, but just an ordinary kid who enjoys doing what he likes.
This project has an educational character for me, i.e. During this time, I learned a lot that will not be taught in educational institutions, and also gained a lot of experience. The project will bring me profit, for which I can develop it and it’s enough to provide myself to the fullest, BUT ...
Already for 1 year I understand that if you work and do something not alone, then there will be problems with motivation (sometimes this happens) less, discussing thoughts about the project will lead to better problem solving, and mutual work will reduce workload and increase quality.
But already for 1 year I have been trying to find a person who could understand me, and I could understand him. There were not very many attempts to cooperate or do something together, but they all ended quickly, because I understood that a person was thinking about something completely different. Example: he thinks about the profit from the project in the first place, and puts the quality and work on the main problem of tasks in the last place.
As a result, I ran into the problem that cloning is still impossible =(
What to do next? There are a lot of thoughts for the project, a lot of solutions to problems, everything has already been calculated and invented in my head. But if I continue to do it alone, it will take a lot of time. Have you had such problems? How did you solve them? Please help. Or, in your opinion, what should be done in this situation?

In fact, you lack communication on the project.
Information hunger.
You don't need a partner for this.
You can also hire. It is quite possible to communicate with a hired person on an equal footing on the development of the project.
And finding a partner is almost impossible, you've already seen that.
Do not relax - there is no other way out.
No one but you needs the development of this project.
Tired - to sell, but I do not think that you can count on the cost of a large six-month profit (since the project is tied to you alone, it is ill-prepared for alienation).
Working with friends and relatives is a very bad idea. Not everyone knows how to separate personal and business. And they drag professional disputes that are quite normal in business into a personal quarrel.
If more or less normal money is flowing and there is a predictable income, then you can move to another level by taking a loan, hiring specialists ... Are you confident in your offspring?

Take a loan, look for developers. If all this is done on pure enthusiasm, look for such dudes on specialized forums (does the project have some kind of target audience?). That's all.

If the project brings profit, which, according to you, is enough for development, you need to hire 1-2 people. In this case, with a clear user ceiling, obviously investment is not an option. Therefore, if the budget is not enough for salaries, it is necessary to revise your share for a while, you can look for those who want part time. But in this case, not being partners, people will not be burdened with the question of your profit, you say - they will deal with quality, they will deal with quality.

The question is whether you need help in the development of a specific project or you need a partner to develop different projects.
I myself (I’m far from 18) face these problems in my life, there’s no way to clone myself, I didn’t purposefully look for like-minded people (really, where?), And there are no good specialists for the salary, and mediocre ones are not interesting (well, or delegate like that really and didn't learn).

And move to where the right people are simply more: blacks live in Africa, Eskimos in Alaska, programmers in cities where there are a lot of programming companies, filmmakers in Hollywood, etc.
