How to find an order for AR and VR?

The question is, I am developing with friends for ap and VR and I would like to take it to a new level. Besides us, there are still people who are interested in this work. The only catch is the search for customers and orders.
How can I find them and where? Are there sites on which they place their ads? Provided that we are from Kazakhstan, but we are ready to work with foreign companies.
