How to find an investor / business angel for a startup?

Hi guys
I have only one question for which I can not find a specific answer. I'm a foreigner. A few months ago I came to Moscow to implement my project. This is an analogue of Casetify. There were big plans. In a few months I was able to make a working prototype, which is much more convenient and better than Russian analogues like SkinOn, PhotoMail, etc. Made packaging, packaging design, website and set up production. In other words, we have expensive equipment from England. The quality of the image on the case is so good that it is indistinguishable from the quality of the photo. I noticed that in Russia few people pay attention to quality when selling something. In the end, I had no money left for promotion and scaling. I don't have a team. I worked alone. How can i do this? Is it really the end of my project after all? I don't like to lose and every day I try to meet at least one new person, hoping to make good acquaintances. I go to all business or just IT trainings: LikeBz, Yandex, Accelerator. How to find an investor? I would be glad if someone answers this question.
PS If there are iOS developers among those who read this post, and you are interested in the project, then write. [email protected]

As I did last time:
I laid out the WHOLE PROJECT as it is from and to on paper:
- information about the team and about me + work experience
- in what regulatory framework the project operates
- market analysis
- how the project will work
- where will the money come from and how to earn them
- a schedule for receiving money and their return
- 5 work scenarios
- options for working in a crisis
- painted risk management
- compiled a complete financial model of work
- indicated alternative methods for making money if the main idea does not work
- brought out all the key financial indicators of the project
All this was designed IN THREE OPTIONS:
- Complete project (read do not re-read)
- A short project (literally on several pages)
- A very short description with key indicators
- Written by Elevator Pitch (story for 1 minute about the project)
What's next:
- Wrote to 30 business angels
- Sent to 10 thematic funds
- Sent to 20 banks
- Placed the project on the TOP-5 sites for finding investments (partner and others)
What's next
- Prepared options for contracts for investors
- Expressed the terms of cooperation in numbers
What's the end
- Attracted an investor to the Project, which not only gave money, but also actively helps to develop it.
Ready to advise

It would not be bad, apart from examples known to circles of indefinite width. To say a few words about the subject in a more understandable way, or even better, a website or whatever.

How to find? To Google. I have a second link for the query "venture fund", for example: www.the-village.ru/village/business/hf/148961-reyt...
If the project is done, then:
1. Make a presentation in which to describe the business model, economy, number of users in specific tangible numbers, rubles, etc.
2. Send out to the first 10 found addressees, look at the result, draw conclusions, send further, plan meetings, practice speaking to potential investors. If the project is worthwhile, someone will definitely respond
3. Take a bag, go for money.
Be sure to find one more person in the team so that the project has exactly a team, and not one person-orchestra for all.
