Where can you invest small amounts of money abroad?

Did you find such a resource for yourself, did anyone use it?
Is it suitable for non-US citizens? And where do you invest your funds abroad?

What is not an investment option:
Vitality Air is a project from Canada that was launched as a joke at the beginning. But due to the large air pollution in the capital of China, it began to gain great popularity among residents.
The joint business was created by 2 entrepreneurs from Edmonton. They sell compressed air in cylinders, which they take in Banff (national park). The park is located in the Rocky Mountains, it contains glaciers, lakes and coniferous forests.
The company was founded in 2014. Started delivering products to China 2 months ago. Recently, Beijing has been under thick smog. Beijing has raised an environmental alert. Because of this, the demand for Vitality Air products has increased many times over. A batch of 500 cylinders sold out in a few days. The Chinese were not even embarrassed by the price, which amounted to 100 yuan (about 1,000 rubles) for a 7.7-liter balloon. This is about 50 times higher than the price of a bottle of mineral water in China. Entrepreneurs from Canada will bring the next batch of 4 thousand cylinders. In addition to China, Vitality Air supplies air to Afghanistan and Iran.
A mask is offered with the balloons. The cartridge is designed for approximately 100 inhalations (breaths).
Vitality Air is not the first company to sell air in China. In 2014, artist Liang Kegan sold an $860 jar he allegedly brought from the south of France.

In general, The Vanguard Group is quite a monster. You just need to open Google and read . This is an office to which a lot of things are attributed, ranging from "they just made a bunch of dough" and ending with "these are the secret owners of the world." Be that as it may, in fact, the trace of this corporation (if desired) can be traced almost everywhere, and, in my opinion, in 90% of cases this trace for an ordinary layman is not only fatal, but far from useful ... I won’t say how is it with the return on investments of individuals, but I definitely would not finance (albeit in miniature) such a company.

I'm thinking about investing a small amount in the shared construction of a cottage in Europe: anb-group.ru They offered other options, but most likely I'll choose this one. Seems realistic. And the returns are normal. Communicated, people made an impression adequate.

Yes, the company is right for you, even if you are from Mongolia. Company founder John Bogle once wrote that you need to invest in indexes. And in fact, yes, he is right. All you need is just an index. Considering commissions, taxes, service is a good option.
But I don't quite understand what you want? The company has ETFs that operate on SP500, and there are other products. What do you need?

Small funds and full-fledged investments are two things that are incompatible.
Currency, gold, bank accounts, etc. - the only way.
