How to find an analogue of a transistor?

Hello. There is a 250 watt ESL. There is a broken transistor. It has the
RFCA6A
20N60 marking on it. A
search for the transistor marking did not give anything. Even the type of transistor I can not determine.

MOSFET transistor... alltransistors.com/ru/mosfet/transistor.php?transi... You should be interested in this marking: 20N60. And RFCA6A is an individual marking of the manufacturer. And there can be several manufacturers of such a transistor.

Sometimes the search by marking and body works, although it didn’t work by marking alone, you also have two markings and one can be "internal", if it is not searched for by it, look for the second one.
