How to connect the fan correctly, so that it turns on regardless of the switch on the light bulb

They have already answered above in the comments, however, I would venture to suggest connecting the fan directly to 220 V, and turn it on with a string, i.e. install a fan with a rope to pull when turned on.
And the light has a motion sensor. In this case, electrical safety in wet areas will be fully observed) - no sockets and switches inside the bathroom.
