How to find all default groups in an OU?

Hello.
I have a domain with some structure, I wanted to brush it up, I got to OU Users.
There are both default groups created by AD itself, as well as those that were added earlier.
The question is how to find all the default groups so that only them can be left in the OU Users, and manually created earlier can be transferred to a separate division for this.
