No, something like startups.
And we also conducted an investment project in the industry, so we are thinking of trying to get into the field of ERP systems.
We are 5th year students

I think freelancing is the logical way out. Because the employer is unlikely to immediately hire a "pack" of developers. Better yet, start your own business. More than one is already a team.

Your own business is really the only way out. Freelancing is also possible, but the margin is small there - it’s inconvenient to divide it into a team.
Make a joint "resume" - a portfolio for your team. Website. And then in search of clients or partners :)

For new projects, many managers will gladly take on a team. It is much easier to work with a well-coordinated ensemble than to tune each instrument individually.
Moreover, the team is small, only three people.
Therefore, I advise you to declare yourself more, more negotiations and everything should work out. Good luck!

Indeed, try Freelance as a team further - maybe this will become a springboard for your own business in the future. As for getting settled, to be honest, I have never heard of taking a team right away. More often than not, a professional services firm is a grown-up team—like yours. I.e. There is a backbone, which is further supplemented by the necessary specialists
