How to find a programmer for a project?

Hello, friends!
I know that no one but you can better tell me what to do in my situation.
Faced this situation: I have developed (in my head) a great project, I have a friend with whom we can implement it. We are missing a programmer. An intelligent programmer who not only knows how to do it, but also loves to do it, reads articles, is interested in, you know, how it happens.
The project is complex - we need a person to stay with us after the launch. The project is profitable - it can be easily taken away, so you need not just a programmer, but a business partner.
The prospects for the project are great. And it will need to be constantly improved.
Another problem is that the funding for the project is modest. But this is necessary separately. Need a programmer partner.
The theme of the video game project. Therefore, it is desirable that the propensity for video games was. Another desirability to be from Ukraine.
It is not necessary to devote all the time to the project right away. But over time, it will be necessary to fully immerse yourself.
You also need knowledge of the framework pyramid and framework yii
Maybe one of the visitors will be interested. Throw contacts. Let's talk.
That is, you need a person who himself has long wanted to take part in a cool startup. Where to find this and how? :)

If you need a partner, why are you limiting the framework for him with all sorts of yii and pyramid ? It looks like you are hiring for a job.

Post on the forums. They often gather there. Try to search in freelance exchanges, but you need to search not through placing an application, but through a direct offer: look at the candidate’s profile, write to him directly, preferably not through the exchange (e-mail, skype and the like; this may not seem very beautiful, but people they rarely care about posting resumes in a good place, especially those who are not very busy and at the same time not in great need of money - there are many of them, but they are not visible, and the stock exchange in this sense is just a repository of resumes, brainstorage, by the way, it provides such).
Throw in the NDA and paranoia at first. While the idea is raw (and it’s not necessary to say that it has already been in my head for hundreds of years and thought out for all 200%: we’ve already gone through this), until almost nothing is ready, until we receive feedback from the community - the idea costs a negative amount, in the sense that to "stolen" it will have to pay more. Try to implement it crookedly and obliquely using improvised means (pythons, blenders, all sorts of frameworks: they are learned quickly and allow you to build huge ready-made and not poorly customizable building blocks; before, the prototype will slow down, the functionality will be very incomplete, but the source codes will be absolutely unsupported and anti-scalable) - this will greatly facilitate the dialogue with future partners and investors (with the latter it generally increases hundreds of thousands of times as an amount, so the attitude of the investor and you can even find a good venture fund); and partners will treat differently, more seriously, with some desire, and they will simply understand the goal much more clearly.
But it is important to understand that the programmer does not drag. He does the most invisible work: makes everything work. 70% of motorists cannot change a wheel, and 98% cannot change oil; also here: the users of the project did not care what was under the hood, as long as it worked quickly, and the pictures were fullhd and pleasing to the eye. The programmer here is very indirect: performance is often decided by the choice of technology stack (a little less than half) and the audience (in the sense of devices, a little more than a quarter) and only then by the programmer. It is much more important to find focus groups, marketers, lawyers and similar humanitarian utensils: without them, no company can function normally. They are the cogs of the process, and the programmers are oil and fuel. Moreover, marketers and lawyers and the like usually do not work for one company, a good lawyer works for a couple of people at once, and they are not always even hired, since problems are solved rather quickly, and they rarely appear; much more often consultations are required and for them keeping lawyers on staff is a waste of money. And you can generally get a focus group for free, and even make them pay (dota 2 beta is the clearest example of this).
In general, it's not a programmer. And forget about secrecy, how cool it would not be, the likelihood that it would be invented in parallel (and independently), and even the likelihood that suchmuch more likely to be stolen. Also experience. How many startups I didn’t participate in, how many I didn’t do: they didn’t steal a single idea, once they changed it beyond recognition and there was a huge niche in the market, and the advantage was on our side, and even more: we came to symbiosis and now this project is being done for the money of "thieves" (sorry, without me). But all these NDAs only prevent me from telling the essence, telling the taste. After all, some seemed really multi-million dollar. And where they kept secrecy, they missed with the audience. And this is sadness. Closed, apologized to investors and left until they changed their minds. Now more than one fucking (as well as normal) investor in rush will not give me money without an almost finished project.
In general, hammer on everything. Look for everyone at once. Even if you decide to cover someone yourself, still find more people like you, because one head is good, but two is better. Well, the opinion from the outside often opens the eyes.

A good programmer doesn't need you - the market is full of high-paying jobs.
But you can trick:

In general:
It seems that your adequacy rolls over.
;))
You are not intelligent programmers, but you want to impose something deeply technical.
Moreover, from 2 different specializations (if you know one of these frameworks, then you will not study the second one, because this is no longer necessary).

make a prototype of the project with your friend, at the very early stage you don’t need to do all the functionality, then show the public, maybe someone will be interested.

@SLSIoann

it sounds like - you can not wait for money

This is your illusion
There's a lot to argue about here, I think.
As mentioned above, there are already on these frames. Therefore, talk about them
I would like to take a look at these five projects
