How to find a partner in a startup

I know that the question has already been discussed a thousand times, but maybe someone has personal experience where and how best to do this. I would be grateful for advice.

Yes, I understand the generalization. As for the fact that it should be comfortable, I was convinced, and more than once ... Here, rather, we are talking about where, in principle, people are spinning who are ready to start up. B2B software development startup, printing market.

If online, then on forums or blogs on the topic.
If it’s offline, then there are quite a lot of different kinds of regional startup parties where people gather, share ideas and look for partners.

The right question is not HOW but WHY. After that, the solution to the question HOW is purely technical.

It all depends on what and why you are doing and what offers / requirements you have for potential partners. Someone needs a partner as a source of money, someone just as a second hand in the project, etc.
If it’s not difficult and there is a desire, then it would be nice to see details from you in a personal.
