How to find a job without experience with modern equipment and technologies?

I have been working as a network engineer for 4 years, at an enterprise in a small town in the Orenburg region. (previously he was an administrator there for about 6 years). Due to the lack of development / small salary, I want to move to a big city (Moscow, St. Petersburg) and continue to work as a network engineer and learn network technologies. I went through interviews several times, but not successfully (for example, BGP, CEF, vPC / VSS, Nexus were asked from the difficult ones). When you say that you only worked with BGP in eve-ng, and you saw Nexus only in the picture, you immediately lose interest. For reference, in my work I use the 3750 core, 2955/60 switches, ASA 5520 and other outdated equipment from HP, Dlink. Even the HP G8 server is the top one for us! We update the hardware with great creaking, the last time on the courses was in 2010.
You won't find a better employer in our city. The situation is even worse in neighboring cities. I want to get experience with Nexus, 9000/6500/6000, FirePower equipment, with equipment from other manufacturers, find a decent job. But I don't know how.

And do they use the equipment that you know anywhere in Moscow? I don't believe it. Really the whole of Moscow was swallowed up by large Provos? (Yes, and they probably have different prices). You know right away that they immediately swung at such a serious enterprise ...

Well, go and work with this equipment, it costs a lot of places, courses are also like a dog not cut from manufacturers, they even usually have a bunch of free ones to expand the park of engineers.

BGP, CEF, vPC/VSS, Nexus

This is not difficult, especially since VSS is already dying in general. Go to work in a big city as an operator, there you will work with it in practice.
Another question is generally about the prospects of working as a network engineer.
