How to find a job without experience and completed higher education?

Hello!
Studied C++ at the university (STL, OOP, data structures, all sorts of algorithms for computational geometry, strings, graphs). I used to write a little in JavaScript (a very small portfolio on codecanyon ), did a little programming for microcontrollers in C, wrote the client part for one thing in C # using WinAPI. Recently, I have been studying programming for Android (by the way, I would like to move in this direction). Unfortunately, I did not have time to finish my small project, but there are some developments.
Question: how to find a job (Moscow, St. Petersburg, remotely), being in my position? In vacancies, they either require to be a senior student, or have experience, or they offer such a salary that you can’t live on.
Thanks to.

Choose a specialization, look for vacancies and send out resumes. Even if you do not meet the requirements, then still write, asking if they need interns / juniors. Try to make at least 100 responses.
In parallel with the job search, it is worth developing in the chosen direction: studying libraries and frameworks, sawing your own projects, reading books, etc.

Show the project on github, prepare for the interview, do not sit back and teach.

Counter question: how many interviews did you attend? what did they say? or limited to viewing vacancies?

In short, the same as with experience and education, but maybe a little longer.
First of all, look for an internship, remove the date of birth from the resume (anyway, they will most likely give you a questionnaire to fill out, where you will need to enter everything, including parents), and you can remove personal information from the resume.
Do not write the dates of admission and graduation from the university - it will be necessary - it will be extended, otherwise you will have a chance to at least come for an interview - otherwise recruiters can filter without really reading. Post the code on github, describe projects in detail, actively send them out. The seeker will find.
