How to find a job while studying at university?

Hello!
The fact is that after a bachelor's degree I entered the master's program, for a point. I wrote a diploma using PHP, in principle, while writing it, I studied it at a more or less decent level (OOP, work in conjunction with the database, etc.). Also have basic knowledge of C#.
I started looking for a job - as expected, knowledge of frameworks is almost always needed, but I came across a couple of vacancies for a Junior Programmer or an intern. I respond - sometimes they let me do a test task, which I do and they invite me for an interview, sometimes they just ask “a little” more about me on the phone and even then they invite me to come to the office.
Interviews are going more or less well - in my opinion, from the point of view of knowledge, there are no complaints against me (initially, I apply for vacancies to the requirements of which I am 85-90% suitable), until it turns out that I will have to leave half- days a week to the university for couples. They ask me “Will you be able to combine study and work?”, I ardently assure you that yes - I get the answer “Yes, in principle, we can let you go for half a day.” Then the passage “-You have no experience? - Not. - Well, it's not critical. At the end of the interview, traditionally, "We will contact you at the end of the week", by the end of the week: "We have found a more suitable candidate, thanks for your time."
Right now I'm studying Yii myself, but still I can't understand why they refuse me - because of the university? Because you don't have experience? But there are a lot of stories about people combining work and study - how do they manage to get a job? It is necessary to interest the employer in something so that he would “forgive” you for these half-days - but with what?
Or is it better to get a job somewhere in technical support, where you can work without problems according to the schedule “5/2 from 9 to 6”? Or even change the language and learn something “rare” like Swift?

Due to the fact that you will work half a day, and receive as a full day. And who needs it? And I would refuse (although I'm not an employer :) )
Look for a job with a more or less free schedule, so that you can come after classes, for example.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
