Unpaid internship, no knowledge. Is it real?

Is it possible to get into the career of a programmer with completed 9 classes (for a start, you can be a system administrator)? With further study is another question, it is not the topic. It is desirable to gain experience (as indicated earlier - unpaid, for further employment in IT.
PS
Maybe your suggestions for implementation?

I do not understand the question.
If you mean the lack of HE, then 99.99% of the country without a normal tower (from good universities) work.

1. A system administrator (well, in normal companies, Three Tables, Two Chairs LLC is not considered) is a serious profession with serious tasks and no less serious requirements, which usually include higher education (technical) . You have a wrong idea about the work of a system administrator;) I’m telling you as a system administrator with 20+ experience
:) did, but the requirements for them are different and the development is different. Different character classes :D
18 is? You can try to get a job as an installer or in the first support line to a large provider - they always recruit there - the work is tedious and cheap. But be prepared that you will have to study for a long time - without a "tower" you cannot even become a technical support engineer, let alone an administrator.

Enikey -> Refueling printers -> Installing Windows -> 1C.
In the old days, 95% of admins started with this and went this way.
But programming is different, it needs a certain mindset, it does not come by itself after hundreds of reinstallations of Windows. But this applies only to professional programming, any experienced admin can write simple scripts to automate their work, and any experienced one-skiller can throw a couple of lines in the built-in language into a form or report he has molded.

Take 2 computers and set up a network between them yourself (without a switch and Wi-Fi: cross-country, at the same time learn your favorite colors of the system administrator :)).
Then, one of them - make it a server (and add another network card) and configure access to services, etc.
I understand that you can do everything on a virtual machine, but believe me that it is better to do it on a physical one. pieces of iron, because the brain will remember exactly those actions that you will constantly perform as a system administrator.
And you will have an unforgettable learning experience, from which you can already build on in the employer's office.

No one wants an unpaid job, just go to work

In the US, there is a concept of a free internship. Even too much of it. Young specialists complain that they need to work for a year or two for free, so that you can then be hired for a good job for money.
In the Russian Federation - free internship is not accepted. Hardly anyone will be interested. The idea is this: a free intern will not be responsible approach.

If 18 is, then it's real.

Almost any internship requires at least a basic set of skills in the subject area + a solid theoretical base, as well as participation in some (even educational) projects (projects can be developed and uploaded, for example, to your GitHub). It also requires knowledge of English at a level not lower than Pre-Intermediate. Right after school and without observing the above requirements, of course, no one will take you anywhere.
