Sortable table DataTables.js: how to fix certain rows and prevent them from being sorted further?

On the screen is a table for which sorting is required. However, only documents need to be sorted, while directories (folders) should remain fixed.
For sorting, the DataTables.js plugin was chosen, which has great features. By default, in the documentation for the plugin, there is not a line about fixing any fields or simply did not find it in a few hours of wandering.
How to fix a string and prevent it from participating in sorting?
