How to find a broken coaxial cable?

There are 4 video cameras connected to the video recorder via a shielded coaxial cable, and so one of the 4 cameras does not want to work at all, more precisely, in the place where the camera is connected, none of them work, there are reasons that there is a break in the copper wire, I measured the resistance of 3 ohms with a tester, but the transmission does not go, the cable length is 12-15 meters, the power supply is 12 volts, how to determine a break or what could be the reason?

well, it’s easy to identify a break - we shorten the center on the screen on one side, on the second side we measure the resistance. infinite - break.
True, if there is a break from the short circuit to the screen, then it will ring.

Specialized lantesters are able to determine the length of the cable (by impedance) - if there is a break, they can help find it.
