How to finalize a CD in OS Windows 7 with a script?

Good day!
I regularly backup to CD using the commandburner program. But it lacks the option to finalize the disc.
Tell me how to finalize an already burned disc using standard windows 7 tools (vbs, powershell, etc).
THOSE. you need a script that finalizes the disk in the drive.
Windows help is silent, or I'm looking in the wrong way :(

IMHO, it makes no sense to finalize already recorded discs.
And under Windows, the best burning program is www.imgburn.com , though without command line support.
