Exclusively by scripts - editing the registry by hand is not recommended by the vendor, especially the rights. And to use the script - because. hang the script on the machine’s branch not on the user’s login, but on the startup computer, and give the rights to read the folder (including in the sysvol) to domain computers objects, let it run from the system account and rule as it wants.
