How to filter in catalog.smart.filter taking into account the activity of trade offers?

There is a product with trade offers.
T-shirt with dinosaur

• T-shirt with dinosaur size 45 - available, quantity 5
  
• T-shirt with dinosaur size 46 - not available, quantity 0
  

If you select t-shirts of size 46 in the catalog.smart.filter filter, then the T-shirt with a dinosaur product will be displayed, but it does not have a trade offer and the quantity is 0. When we fall into the product, we see only one trade offer, as it should be.
The question is, how to finish the catalog.smart.filter or some other crutch to make sure that the product is not shown when filtering for which there is no active trade offer?

As a temporary solution, I delete trade offers from the site after exhaustion, while the import is not correct. Maybe the 1C nickname will come to its senses and stop sending me trade offers that are not available for sale, or maybe someone will tell you what can be done with the filter.
