How to filter by address (City, address, metro, district or highway)?

Give me ideas on how to better implement search / filtering by city, address, metro, street, district or highway through a single field and how best to store these fields in the database. This is done, for example, on sites (Yandex.Real Estate, CIAN). Also, prompts for entering should appear in the field.
