Why can there be a cyclic 301 redirect when transferring a site to a new hosting?

Good afternoon.
There is a website on WordPress last.
I bought a new hosting (vds). Installed centos 7 and Bitrix environment. Transferred the site to it.
When you try to open the site in the browser, there is a 301 page redirect to itself. This opens the WordPress admin panel.
Files like index.html, test.php in the root of the site are processed normally ... What could be the problem?

After migrating WP, does it redirect to the old domain?
