I noticed a problem on my server, after ~ 00 Moscow time, the server port is limited to almost 0!!! The server took a couple of days ago, only now I noticed these drops. Technical support is silent. Tell me, please, maybe there is some kind of time limit on the port?
Port speed 1Gb/s, guaranteed 300Mb.
And at night it is not more than 60 kb / s !!!

Technically, the hoster can do this, practically you need to ask them what the problem is.
