The /var/tmp/nginx/proxy_temp directory is full. Can it be cleaned?
There is a dedicated server. I don't know much about linux so this might sound like a dumb question. But the problem needs to be solved...
In general, the disk space is filled up to the very colza. By wandering through the directories, through SSH I came across the proxy_temp folder, along the path . /var/tmp/nginx/proxy_temp. Its weight is about 1.3 TB. I understand that some temporary files are stored in it. If they are removed, will it affect the performance of the server?

I think it can be cleaned without problems. You can read the docs nginx.org/ru/docs/http/ngx_http_proxy_module.html#... the
link works crookedly ctrl+f -> proxy_cache_purge . Also, in order not to clog again, you need to adjust the size in the configs ctrl + f -> proxy_cache_path parameter max_size
