How to fight Warner Music on Google Play?

Any application for VKontakte where there is music is removed from Google Play, according to a complaint from Warner Music. How can this problem be solved? Why is the official app not being removed from Google Play? But what if I want to make a VKontakte client with an Audio Recordings section? My app will be removed. Are there any workarounds? Or agreements with Google Play or Warner Music?
