How to fall asleep quickly so that you have more time to learn programming?

I study programming at home, since the time that I can allocate for programming is limited, due to the fact that there is work at home - 10 hours, 2 hours to eat, shower and more, the rest of the time (3 hours) remains for programming, everything is lost in vain time is removed from the time allotted for learning programming.
The problem is this:
I need to sleep exactly 9 hours (repeatedly checked 7-8-9 hours). When I go to bed I set an alarm after 9 hours to ring. At night I can not fall asleep for 1-1.5 hours (every day). In the morning I can’t wake up from the alarm clock, because I didn’t sleep for 1.5 hours before the 9 hours I needed. I just ignore the alarm and move on. Even if I set 20 alarms every 5 minutes, I will still ignore them until I get 9 hours of sleep. That is, you just need to somehow solve the problem with slow falling asleep.
I would like to learn how to fall asleep in 5-15 minutes. I googled how to fall asleep as quickly as possible and tried these techniques:
1) the method of a soldier, in my opinion, the airborne forces (not exactly) - you need to roll your eyes to your forehead for a minute several times - it doesn’t help and then your eyes hurt
2) thinking for a long time about a ball that floats on the water in the middle of the ocean and not thinking about anything else - it doesn’t help
3) walking for half an hour before going to bed on the street doesn’t help, if you have more time to walk, then there’s no point because I’ll lose the same 1-1.5 hours as if lying in bed, but learning something on the go still doesn’t work.
4) simpler options such as counting elephants, ventilating the room, taking a shower before going to bed, etc. also do not work ...
Someone knows how to fall asleep in 5-15 minutes? How do you do it? Recommend something...

God, what a lot of free time you have.
You buy two dumbbells of 10 kilograms each and swing them about two hours before bedtime. Then you push up. Then you sit down. Then repeat all over again until the heart comes out of the ears. "Enough" is when the pants, the T-shirt are soaked through, and a large sweaty spot has spilled on the sweatpants.
After that, you will fall asleep in 5 minutes. Repeat every other day. Checked, it works. Sleep problems are caused by a sedentary lifestyle. I bet you're fat?
Alternative - a liter of beer 1.5 hours before bedtime or two buns [BLOCKED RKN] an hour before bedtime.
And by the way, "more time to study" never equals "be more effective."
