How to facilitate or automate the process of renewing Cryptopro user certificates?

I welcome everyone. At work, employees use the CryptoPro digital signature. Once a year, each user has to manually renew the certificate (about 100 users) and this is very dreary. 1C hangs on a remote desktop (Windows server 2012) on 4 terminals, the certificates themselves are in a shared folder, you have to connect to each employee, log in with his login and password to the remote desktop and renew the certificate in turn switching between terminals.
Is there a way to simplify or automate this process?
