How to extract information from an old 2.5'' SCSI screw

It was necessary to read the suddenly appeared IBM WD-2120D 120mb screw, which is connected via the old SCSI around 1992 (working! the laptop with it broke). According to this link , the third from the top, but not quite: 50 pins are obtained from 54 pins using, for example, such an adapter . The screw itself looks something like this . I really want to read it, but I ran into a lack of information on this topic. Please advise what to buy and how much it will cost. Maybe someone else can read it?

You seem to be my salvation! Yesterday I brought home an MB with an EISA controller for SCSI and a cable! There is an intel overdrive486 already at 50 MHz. I live in Omsk. I'll be glad to help.
