How to extract file tags on windows?

There are many pictures, tags are added to each picture (Properties -> Details -> Tags). How can I extract tags and, for example, write such information to a txt file - image_name/tag1/tag2/tag3/... ?

Get-FileMetaData function from here . Feed it with a folder and output the required fields.
