Links from GTalk open in IE under Win 8 CP

Gentlemen, guys, such garbage: on Win 8 CP, GTalk opens letters in IE, and not in Chrome, which is by default both in its settings and in Default programs in the Control Panel. Other programs open links in Chrome. On DP everything was ok. What the hell, where to dig? Where can it be in the registry?

I have the same thing under wine 7. chrome is default everywhere.
