Is Antimalware Service Executable taking a lot of disk space?

For 3 hours I can’t launch anything, even the video in the browser - everything immediately freezes wildly. I turned off everything that is possible, including in the system update services and all antivirus services, rebooted - it did not help. It hangs even on calling the context menu on the PCM, despite the fact that the hardware is smart (i5, 6GB of RAM). The numbers in the disk loading column periodically exceed 150Mb / s.
The disk is working, it was recently cleaned and defragmented.
PS: Windows is fresh, it was installed a couple of days ago.
