Prohibition on removal from startup?

Avast antivirus does not allow you to remove yourself from startup. I click disable but nothing happens.
How can this be done in C#?

Write your service and monitor the registry branch responsible for autoloading. If you are removed, add yourself back.

In theory, you can assign an owner (yourself) to a registry key and prohibit anyone but yourself from making changes to it.
