How to extract data from Yandex.Traffic?

Hello.
There is a need to pull traffic jams from Yandex, since apparently they do not allow customization ... how would it be better to do this and will it not violate their rights?
Are there any similar traffic jam services that freely provide an api?

And what is your end goal?
If you just want to get the traffic jams and overlay them on your map, you can use a layer of traffic jam tiles, but that would be against convention.
