The selector should be like this: .ymaps-2-1-29-ground-pane
But apparently it will stop working as soon as they release a new version.
Therefore, it is better to play it safe and write like this [class*="ymaps-2-1"][class*="-ground-pane"]:.
I can't imagine what prompted them to put the patch version into the css selector.
