How to extend workspace for Windows in Putty?

I connect via PUTTY via SSH to a server with Windows and try, let's say, to display the contents of some directory rich in files with the dir command, during which the contents will not be displayed completely and will be cut off. The same problem occurs if you open files of some logs and other things.

I went through the encoding with my hands, climbed in the program settings - I did not find a solution.
